Complete 4×4 Suspension & Axle Setup – Built Dana 44 / Ford 9-Inch This is a fully built, ready-to-install 4×4 suspension and drivetrain setup originally assembled for a serious off-road build. The package includes a strong front Dana 44 with flat-top knuckles and a matching Ford 9-inch rear, both geared at 5.13 and built for durability and performance. Everything is complete from rotor to rotor and drum to drum, making this an excellent bolt-in solution for a capable trail or rock-crawling rig. The front axle features new internal components, including a Yukon locker and new bearing kit, along with a new ARB compressor. The rear Ford 9-inch is spooled with 5.13 gears and fully assembled. Suspension components include a new Barnes 4-link setup, 3.5-inch lift springs, and front short arms, delivering a solid and proven suspension geometry. The setup also includes beadlock wheels with 5×5 bolt pattern wrapped in 37×13.50R17 Mickey Thompson tires. The tires show cracking due to age but still hold air and were recently used on the trail, offering excellent traction even at low PSI.
